Should any prices be mistakenly displayed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Acorn + Oak shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.

Loss or Damage of Goods in Transit:
All orders are sent tracked via Tracked Couriers. If an order is not received, a claim will be raised on your behalf and the freight company will contact you for verification. Claims can take up to 6 weeks to process. We ensure all packages are sent with protective precautions to prevent damage via transit.
