Returns Policy

  • We are happy to make exchanges or to accept returns in exchange for store credit.
  • Please note, we cannot offer refunds based purely on you changing your mind so please shop carefully.
  • If you wish to make an exchange or return please get in touch via emailing grace@acornandoak.co.nz.
  • The product/s must be in original condition and packaging.
  • You must make contact within 14 days of original purchase and have your receipt (packing slip).
  • Sending goods back is at the expense of the customer. 
  • Please note any sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
