We aim to dispatch your order within one to two working days of placing it.

Once shipped, you can expect your order to reach you within 2-3 business days.

When will a product showing OUT OF STOCK / COMING SOON be back in stock?

Please do reach out if there is something you are after and it is out of stock. Generally, once an item is getting low we will have an order coming to replenish this.

We try our upmost to always have our products in stock but sometimes we can sell out before our order arrives.

Unfortunately, international shipping is still heavily delayed at times so we appreciate your patience in restocking our stock.

Are all products on the website in stock?

All products listed on our website that can be added to your cart are in stock. If an item is showing out of stock or coming soon then we do not have any stock of this at present.

The only exception to this is Solvej Swings. These are distributed through a warehouse facility not from our stock facility directly.

It is rare that a colour choice in swing is out of stock but it can happen.If in the event an item within your order is out of stock we will contact you asap.

You will be given the choice to either change the item or be refunded for this item.

Are the items in my Wishlist / cart reserved?

No, items that you place on your Wishlist or in your cart are not reserved until the order is paid for and placed.

Do you have a physical store?

No we don’t, we are an online only store.
