All orders placed with us are shipped by NZ Post, NZ Couriers or Post Haste.

Currently, we only ship New Zealand wide.

Fast dispatch same day or next business day. Orders aren't dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

Any dispatch delays will be communicated to you via email.
Parcels should be received overnight or 2-5 working days after dispatch.

Allow an extra day for rural deliveries.

Dear Mumma & Solvej Swings are a drop ship item. This means that shipping is processed by the company themselves. The shipping time frames of products included under these brands may differ from all other brands we stock directly. A general turn around for these brands is 1-2 days for processing & dispatch. 

Acorn & Oak aren't responsible for any shipping delays. You will receive your tracking number via email which you can track your parcels progress from. 

All timeframes stated above are only targets and there may be delays due to events such as Covid, public holidays and the Christmas Holiday Season (November-January).

Some parcels may require a signature on arrival. If you want to allow authorisation for the parcel to be left without a signature please advise us in the notes of your order. Please also state any delivery instructions in the notes.
