Returns Policy

We are happy to make exchanges or to accept returns in exchange for store credit.
Please note, we cannot offer refunds based purely on you changing your mind so please shop carefully.
If you wish to make an exchange or return please get in touch via emailing grace@acornandoak.co.nz.
The product/s must be in original condition and packaging.
You must make contact within 14 days of original purchase and have your receipt (packing slip).
Sending goods back is at the expense of the customer.
Please note any sale items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless faulty.
